Fuck these companies. They need to be held accountable for this shit legally. You don't get to keep a "job open" for years with no intent to hire unless "you get a one and a million applicant". I am so fucking sick of this shit that I basically only ever work with recruiters anymore when I look for a job since they are real jobs. No point in applying to positions that 50K+ people have applied to over the years.
