If you use salesforce, this is a good time to migrate off of the platform. Pajeet ran AI is about to tank your company.

This might be a good time to do some put's on salesforce stock too. This is going to blow up in their faces like no one would imagine. RIP, even though I hate your company and won't feel bad to see it fall apart.

I am forced to use this shit, against my will. I would love to see it fail and then having to be replaced. I would laugh extra hard at the tech "experts" who told us that we needed to replace our custom software that worked very well with Salesforce because "one day we might not have support, so we need to ensure that the software will always be able to be serviced".

salesforce is garbage. most web-based anything is garbage

yeah, fuck them. The software is fucking garbage. Like most big companies like this I wonder how the fuck they stay in business at all.

I've thought about this for a while, and my best guess is that Salesforce gives kickbacks to the executives who sign off on getting their companies to pay for the software.

It's the support contracts and shifting the blame. There was a older phrase "No one ever got fired for buying BLUE" (In reference to IBM). Basically. If shit broke you could just say "It's their fault" then no one would get fired. It didn't matter how fucked the situation was, it was the external company that took the blame and so weak people decided that was a great way to keep their job even if it was a garbage product.
