It's not just in the corporate world, it's every employer's problem now. They were expecting their UBI cheque's by now.

Fuck UBI. multiple studies have shown that only a very small percentage of people take advantage of it to improve their lives and society. The rest just stop working entirely or work as possible while continuing to be a massive drain on everyone that works hard.

It's just a different way to promote communism. A welfare state. A few years ago it was promoted all over YouTube, getting thousands and thousands of likes and comments praising it.
