It's not just in the corporate world, it's every employer's problem now. They were expecting their UBI cheque's by now.

Fuck UBI. multiple studies have shown that only a very small percentage of people take advantage of it to improve their lives and society. The rest just stop working entirely or work as possible while continuing to be a massive drain on everyone that works hard.

Meh. I can not be bothered to care. The corpocracy spends all day every day lobbying to import shit skins. If the groups conducting a soft genocide against my ethnicity are getting fucked that's just fine.

Maybe there are handful of based companies that deserve some deference but for the most part every institution in the West both public and private can burn as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, I get that point. I am just saying this is shooting yourself in the foot especially in highly specialized industry. I still have former co-workers ping me on people that have worked the same places I did to ask about them and that is after I have had two or three other jobs since then.
