If you are employing criminal illegal aliens you too are criminals and your company is breaking the law. Everyone involved needs to go to jail and the company (and c-levels) need to be fined a significant enough amount to hurt painfully.

The staffing agencies already employed by Jabil could not supply workers fast enough

That's because Jabil is one of those shady as fuck companies that refuses to pay for the skills they need. They can't get people because Jabil pays and works like a Chinese manufacturer.
