You thought that one out really well huh? Then again, this could have been intentional. A lot of the companies pushing RTO are doing so to get people to quit rather than having to go through layoffs. What they still have not figured out is that you will lose the best people and keep the most lazy/useless people as the people that are good at their jobs will just go get another remote job somewhere else.
