So, you mean to tell me "Are you fucking retarded or something"? Is not the proper feedback for a Senior/Manager/etc? Its clear, to the point and gets the frustration across in a single statement.

Oh my god. My entire working life I have educated superiors. I hate being a manager myself but damn if I haven't been excellent when I have been. It can be difficult which is why only Whites should lead.
