They are giving them only 3 days to decide and only giving them ~$4k to help with relocation costs. Are the fucking insane? I think this is really just a layoff disguised as a re-structure.

like a decade or so ago and then found out how woke they are and never bought another thing.

Same. I have a down filled jacket and it is lightweight and warm AF. Shame they had to get political.
