Tech massively overhired diversity and then realized there was no productivity.

I have worked with people like this. It took 4-5 months for them to fire someone that the entire team was telling management they didn't even know what they did most of the day and they were always offline. Found out later that they were "Working" 3 jobs at one time and basically not doing any of them. Yes, they were a curry. Are you surprised at all?

"Please do the needful". Oh I will, I'm going to find a brick to brain you the next time you say that.
