I honestly hope this results in a lot of "reverse migration" from H-1B's (and other visas) that cant find work in the US. We don't need them. We never did.

At least the AI will (probably) use complete sentences, proper grammar and not suggest that "I do the needful". All of this after me wasting 3 weeks to attempt to train them to do basic tasks that are heavily documented.

They are just fucking NPC's. Some are functional. Most are not.

Exactly. Functional up until they are facing something that can be solved with basic common sense.

I have met exactly 2 Indian's in IT that can use their brain to do work.

The rest cannot do anything if it is not specifically written down and exactly how to do it. Even then. Most of them still manage to fuck it up somehow in unpredictable ways.

It is god damn amazing how much a Indian can fuck up a well known, highly documented and EASY process because they just jump to step 10 then step 2 then do something random they have never been shown.

NPC might actually be nicer than I should be using when talking about their bullshit.

That describes how they work just perfectly. There are a handful that I work with that are more than capable, but those ones that are not are just frightening.
