No shit. Why would I spend time and effort to commute to a city and an office that I hate to sit in the same place as other people that also don't want to be there just because you provide free snacks/comfortable offices?

At home, I can have all of the things I want whenever I want and I don't have to waste 2 hours a day commuting.
