It's not for everyone but for the poeple that like working remotly and are able to keep themselves on-task its great.

The type of people who goof off at home are the same ones who goof off in the office, often making it harder for productive people to concentrate.

Such as:

Not only that, I get so much more work done without people randomly dropping by my office every half an hour to just BS.
