This isn’t a problem I’m currently facing (thank God), but my wife deals with it and I’ve seen it throughout my career previously.

I have never understood how this happens so often. Seriously I want to understand.

The term I heard for it is the Peter Principle. Basically, because you do a good job you get promoted. Eventually you get promoted to a job above your level of competence.

Either that, or it's the jews.

The ol’ Peter Principle. I remember that from the early 70’s.

From jewpedia -

The concept was explained in the 1969 book The Peter Principle (William Morrow and Company) by Laurence Peter and Raymond Hull.[2] Hull wrote the text, which was based on Peter's research. Peter and Hull intended the book to be satire,[3] but it became popular as it was seen to make a serious point about the shortcomings of how people are promoted within hierarchical organizations. The Peter principle has since been the subject of much commentary and research.

Ass kissing, sex, and/or nepotism...

It's definitely a lot of nepotism where I work. They also like to promote useless people into higher and higher positions so that they can pad their resumes and leave.

Leadership and independent thought are liabilities to a business that has no interest in innovation or improvement. Policy people are assets for the same.

The key to finding a company that embraces innovation and improvement is to observe the size and scope of their HR department and how many women they employ overall. The larger the HR team and the more women, the worse it will be.

It should be obvious by now that jews supress leaders and promote snitches who can only think of themselves and their own pocket.

Such practices are then mirrored by non-jewish good goy businesses who think such practices are "how you run a business".

Smart enough to know a few things, dumb enough to think they know everything.

They live by the moto "fake it till you make it", but they never really make it. All the while they lie and use other people to get ahead.

I've heard the saying fuck up move up fairly frequently and it usually holds truth.

They are better at office politics.

Because they follow the hive mind and do not challenge status quo.
