Agreed. Not only that, it is often the only way to get paid better. It really pisses off your employees when you hire someone new for the exact position you are doing but pay them 30% more.

I had two job changes recently and ended up making 20k more a year. It isn't life changing money or anything (I just save it anyways), but is a decent chunk of change in Ohio.
