How convenient they decided to wait until they didn't have the majority. It won't pass and Republicans will get the blame they agreed to take. It'll start off if it does pass with the 32 hour work week and be amended back to 40 in no time. Especially once insurance companies start taking benefits. I work rotating 12's so it wouldn't affect me anyway.
