I work 3.5 12s usually. 4hrs OT minimum bi-weekly.
Why tell anyone how many hours they can or can't work?
It's actually a protection for workers from the Great Depression. Since politicians rarely do good, my guess is that people will have to work to 70+ to "balance" things out.
How convenient they decided to wait until they didn't have the majority. It won't pass and Republicans will get the blame they agreed to take.
It'll start off if it does pass with the 32 hour work week and be amended back to 40 in no time. Especially once insurance companies start taking benefits.
I work rotating 12's so it wouldn't affect me anyway.
I worked Monday through Thursday. It was great. I'd do that again in a heartbeat.
Wed to Sat was great because on Monday and Tuesday, everything is dead. Grocery store, banks, etc.
I bet that was helpful! We would sometimes switch weekdays so we'd have extra-long weekends. Mon - Thu one week, then Tue - Fri the next.
I already work 4 10's. Fuck you.
