My middle son asked me if I can make him a wooden knife. I had him cut out the general shape then I did the shaping and finishing touches. I think it came out looking nice. Too bag it's not functional. I think I'll make another one. The next one will be much thicker. It will be thick on top and taper down to the edge all the way through. Handle blade and all.

I didn't think to take a pic. We were caught up in the moment working in the worship together. He's the only one of my son's to show an interest in woodworking. It was a fun time.
