Idiots recently changed the building codes in Hawaii and now they want people to build fully insulated homes and are causing a building nightmare. Black mold loves drywall, concrete slabs get water saturated, tiny will windows don't let sir in and insulation gets full of vermin. You basically can't build a house to code for the climate now.
