A new analysis shows that the St. Louis police's average response time has more than doubled for multiple categories in the past decade. A Brenton Park resident, Casey Crocker, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch about an incident after hearing loud noises at his home. After investigating the cause, Crocker spotted a stranger destroying the table, chairs and bench of his front porch. Crocker claimed he called 911 to notify the dispatcher at 7.55pm.
