One week Ago Twitch started requiring a verified phone number on your account to comment in any live stream chat. I’ve barely opened it since then. I think a phone number has been required for new accounts for a while now too.

This might be related. It looks like they’re dropping these advisors and moving to more technical measures—at least for user moderation.
