Drugged out niggers in the US have far higher IQs than niggers in sub saharan africa. This is because of Irish admixture. The niggers' jewish masters forced them to interbreed with their Irish slaves. This raised their mean IQ. Niggers in the south of the US average an IQ of 80, while those in the north have more White admixture and are closer to 90. In niggerland, IQ's range from 59 to 75 on average. They are really fucking stupid, and there are no drugs involved.

There is little hope for the future if the White race continues to mix. Only exception being some of the Asian countries. If the world IQ drops to the average of the majority of the world population (Non-White's). Then that is the end of the human race.
