The issue isn't my performance which is exemplary. It's the songs. I work with kids and some parents complained. Been there for a year, not sure why it's only an issue now. The kids love me. But here's the rub: the "offending" songs are satirical in nature and were written YEARS ago before my YouTube ban, and before I even got the job! > The board found the reuploads on X and demanded my immediate removal despite the drastic and deleterious effect it would have on my family and their company. Cited as a particularly "egregious" example was my (very lighthearted!) song You Will Never Be a Woman. > The church that FIRED me for being unvaccinated in 2021 ALSO had an issue with that SAME song and demanded I delete it from YouTube. Bonkers. It's such a tame one too and clearly satire! I just don't get it. My music is supposed to bring the extremes together in the middle. It makes FUN of the extremes...on both sides! I've been asked to prepare a statement in my defense but I feel the decision has been made. I've never even met the people on the board but I get the sense some of them have a visceral hatred for me. How crazy is that? They don't even know me. They're out for blood even at their own expense. I simply can't be replaced. That's a matter of fact. Their viciousness in the COVID era was never resolved. We didn't get vaccinated and we didn't die. Now they want to destroy us in any way they can because they lost that control. Another cited "problem" video was Speed of Science, the VERY one that got me kicked off of YouTube.
