The serious and scientific answer is: Aryans' IQ is an average of one full standard deviation higher than American negros (about 15 IQ points). IQ distributions follow a bell curve, so this means there are very, very, very few negros with what we would consider a "gifted" IQ above 120, while this is far more common with Aryans. You will almost never find a negro with a "genius" IQ.

So... the average Aryan or asian is going to be far more intelligent statistically than negros, and this difference becomes more extreme at higher IQ levels when you get away from the middle of the bell curves. This is why Aryans and asians will be paid more on average. They are capable of doing much harder intellectual work, which commands a higher salary, especially at technology companies.

These people are asking us to live in a fantasy world where racial intelligence averages don't exist and a sheboon with an IQ of 95 who can barely write professionally and is incapable of algebraic thought should be paid the same as a genius level accomplished Aryan computer programmer with an IQ of 150 because "they both work at joogle". Well, guess what? The Aryan is worth more to joogle because they are capable of doing more than basic administrative tasks.

One of the tech giants, facebook or google, said they were going to fix the pay gap in their corporation. After going over everyone's pay they found that it was the men who were getting underpaid.
