Not sure I'd call it woke. Looks like it's just a ploy to call attention to a particular product (the All-beef Frank). Either way, Frankfurter (Frankfurt-style) or Weiner (Vienna-style) are both homages to sausage styles of German/Austrian cities and the phallic symbolism and jokes remains pretty-much unavoidable.

Having said all of that it seems dumb to mess with a longtime iconic bit of marketing genius.
