Why haven't stock holders sued them? They clearly acted against the interests of their stock holders. Which is a crime.
Nothing would come of such a lawsuit -- the courts are all compromised.
I agree with this. But the basis to do so exists and it would further reveal/expose the corruption. It remains bizarre so many stock holders are accepting the decline of their stock without a word when it's clearly, purposely been driven into the ground.
