These people are often inadvertently based. To claim that "discipline" is racist implies that niggers are incapable of discipline (which is basically true). And to identify Whites as the source of discipline is also true. This pattern is repeated many times, by woke morons claiming that being on time is racist, etc.

Their answer to that observation is totally wrong though, not just wrong, it's anti-right, the opposite of what is correct. If they actually believed that niggers were the equal of White men, they would advocate for meritocracy, but they know how that turns out (and blame their made up "systemic racism/sexism/etc", which has been shown to be incorrect).
