I remember reading a joke (?) 45 years ago or so where the brass was coming down on Army recruiters in North Dakota for not recruiting blacks. The recruiters studied the problem and said "It turns out there are 23 black people in North Dakota, 12 of them are younger than 17, 5 of them are more than 50 years old, one of them is disabled, and the other 5 are already serving in the military. When we find a black person who is eligible to join the Army, we'll let you know."

Just turn more diversity hires loose with fifty-million dollar jets. What could go wrong?

And they will try to kill two birds with one stone by dragging them in from across the border.
