While this is cringe, I can relate to some degree.

I formally requirested from my boss to get me a tool I need that would make my job safer for me and to hire an extra man I offered to train since we are going into overtime too often. It's a big company so they can afford it no problem, and he told me "of course we are working on it".

Of course, non of those thing have been done, I have reduced my work to bare minimum and refuse to take any extra work that would get me into overtime, and refuse to do jobs that would require me to have that tool they won't get me. I know very well that if I got injured they would just blame it on me and do their best to get rid of me.

If this is the same kind of mentality management is applying towards younger generations it's no wonder they have no motivation to do their best.

Let freedom reign. You're free to act like a nigger at your work, and your boss is free to fire your ass.

How is asking for him to provide me with tolls I need for work and to respect the hours of work we agreed in the contract acting like a nigger?

If anyone is a nigger in this case it would be him.

Hustle is overrated in terms of wheel spinning and raw hour efforts. Innovation is the path to success. Find a way to do more in 20 hours with less effort than anybody else can do in 40 with more.

Use the “pulley” model. I can lift a shitload more weight with a pulley than I can with my own brute muscle.

The people following this trend aren't hustling or innovating. They're doing the bare minimum and are bragging about it online. Eventually it will catch up to them.

I agree. I’m saying (((NY Post))) is setting up a (((mercantilist))) false dilemma because their counterparts at the (((NY Times))) are encouraging its (((communist))) false alternative.

OK, that makes perfect sense.

I have no problem with this. It will all sort itself out.

Quiet quitting = becoming a nigger.

employer wants to give you a "probationary" wage that they won't raise, wants you to be 100% flexible with your schedule, will terminate you for any and no cause, will not give you a reference, will not give you any severance, wants you to take a genetically altering vaccine that will likely fuck you over somehow long after they stopped paying for your health insurance

Yeah doing the bare minimum is the response to this.
