Except it isn't a crime in the jurisdiction they'd head to. If Google (or others) paid for abortions that took place in states where it is illegal, they'd be accomplices.

What I mean is that the state where something is illegal can also make it illegal to assist someone trying to go elsewhere to perform the act

I can see them trying, but that sort of thing has been shot down in the past. Interstate Commerce, and all that.
