I linked a Youtube video a while back by a guy who was in his car heading to his last day of work at Best Buy. He worked there like 22 years and he was leaving partially due to woke culture and promotions and hirings that were race-based. Basically said it was untenable and that that the company was also treating customers very poorly compared to years past.
