I'm sure they could come up with something, but off the top of my head, the only ones I can think of might be bizarre fringe sports like: Equestrian, Curling & maybe skeet shooting. You know, "sports" that already have co-ed (legit) women competitors. Edit: Ice dancing! It could be fun to do a Spinal Tap style mocumentary about an ftm tranny "athlete" and all the challenges overcome along the way.
