If the state cancelled the funding then the position is closed. I would just give them a trespassing notice and they have 2 weeks to get out since this is not a state approved program and it's like a person just setting up office paid for by a rich asshole and just start demanding other departments that are legal do work reporting on a program that is racist and is pushing racial quota's a sign that something is racist is if hiring is race based. Put a bill in place that a diversity officer position will not be funded ever and anyone demanding payment for diversity services will not be paid since it would break such law thus all bills would constitute fraud.
