Golly gee whiz HR lady, it seems like there are a lot of people the company doesn't want to feel empowered to bring their authentic selves to work every day. It's almost like the company feels like some behaviors and personality types are harmful to the work environment and/or society and they won't want to empower anybody to engage in such. Huh. Weird.
