I love their language, but it's so easy to prove the lie. Just ask any HR person spouting this nonsense gibberish if this means the company is now willing to allow white supremacists to bring their authentic selves to work. No? How about domestic terrorists? No? How about domestic abusers? No? How about sexual predators? No? Golly gee whiz HR lady, it seems like there are a lot of people the company doesn't want to feel empowered to bring their authentic selves to work every day. It's almost like the company feels like some behaviors and personality types are harmful to the work environment and/or society and they won't want to empower anybody to engage in such. Huh. Weird.
Truth. The don't want diversity or inclusion They want to replace straight white males with anything other than that.
