Usually i make anywhere from1 to 3 gallons at a time. Still learning as i consider myself an amatuer. I just bout a house with a tiny bit of land and the wife and i are planning on growing some fruits and veggies. But store bought so far as well. The apple wine i made did contain apples from the two trees that are growing on my new property.

you will always be amatuer there is to much one can learn or change. but you can master the production of alcohol purely. always push to change see what this does how much sugar can one use, how little can you get away with. only thing i havnt tried is yeast changes i use same stuff ever time. your sub dont show up link please
