Fuck yeah my man. Mind sharing your fermentation set up?

I moved to a big yard (just under .5 acre) last year and I'll be planting some fruit trees this year. I figure I might as well start learning and getting equipment in the interim years before they start heavy producing.

plant 4 of what you plant give them space and they will grow. i would say a mini orchard and a multi berry field would make you quite happy. use a green house to produce things like mangos pineapples and such wont get huge but will produce small amounts and if i can get my hands on fresh mangos in carribean im going over night them home day i leave so i can mak wine out of them i know it would be amazing

i use 5 gal buckets mash my fruit remove big seeds like apples and peachs plums stuff like that grape try to get my water right boiled cool back down to 160 place my sugars let them mix pour into fruit inside bucket let cool put yeast in then i ferment in a cooler climate like 68-73 varying through out day. my yeast i place in warm water for few hours before putting in bucket help activate more yeast open once a month for 60 days then check weekly until done normally 75-100 days depending on time of year and amount of yeast used to sugar amount
