I wonder how his ideas would have been received if he didn't use violence to propagate them. Would he have revived any attention on a lecture tour for example? As a professor at Berkeley he would have found some audience at least. Sadly being able to talk to people was something he was not able to do.

At Berkeley, I don't believe he would have been well received. The Americanized jewish communism has its roots in our colleges and schools.
