Yes. Art for no particular reason. Small delights in unexpected places. Not demanding money. It's chalk. It will eventually all wash away. It's not some awful spray painted monstrosity covering the entire side of a building, being funded by tax-payer money, as a program to keep at-risk kids from tagging.
