Yeah , plus White men didn't actually need too at that time either. They were too busy building real infrastructure, crafting monuments and creating civilization and fighting Wars, while Micronesians were still living in mud huts, primitive shelters and hunter gathering because they lacked foresight and cognitive ability for herding wildlife, animal husbandry and crop rotation/ management after having to utilize sea faring out of necessity to escape tribal genocides and resource scarcity.
