NO! I see this daily at my own place of work. They have hired green guys (blacks) with zero experience (one even lied on his application and interview) and roll them out to us to train. Sure we give a guy a shot. They just dont have the abilities and IQ that Whites have. We now dont help with any of it. My lead calls himself a babysitter. I told my colleague last year, "Its all going to fall apart, Watch". Now he sees it too. It's actually happening faster than I thought. We dont help them at all now. The anti-White policies and changes and raises here have awoken the others. We all have had it.
