How do you go from paved roads to dirt roads? Do they steal the asphalt?

The private road in front of my house was a paved road when I moved here, years ago. The road hasn't been maintained in years. It is now a dirt road.

Complete and utter inability to plan for the future. Also, they are thriving morons and only care about themselves. Once they 'got theirs' they nope out somewhere where white people keep shit running and they live in luxury.

Likely a total lack of maintenance until the remaining asphalt was a nuisance. The city govt likely had no means to recover the material usefully and thus stealing the pavement itself was allowed or even encouraged

Always reject comparisons of places when the picture is not of the same place. You can go to any city and find a ghetto or a beautiful spot. Yes, even niggerville can be made to look appealing with good camera work and a little photoshop.

Obviously the point is true in general, as the statistics will show, but it just feels so cheap and stupid to use the "this picture then this picture" argument for it.

I saw a series documentary called Dicing Death, about dangerous roads all around the world. The villages on Asian and other countries help motorists get through the mud, yet in many African countries the villagers actually sabatoge the roads so motorists get stuck and have to pay to get pushed out. This is why niggers will never evolve into anything above mud hit dwellers.
