Looks as though he had some artistic talent, but based on the examples given, he didn't use it for much of anything. There are a couple of pictures I like, the rest are bland and express nothing. He may have been a good Nazi, but that doesn't make him a good artist. He had no creative imagination. Hitler was actually a better artist. Hitler created the Nazi flag, which is a work of art of some achievement.
