When Blacks move to White neighborhoods, they’re usually trying to get away from the violent behavior of other Blacks. Among Whites, those relatively well-to-do Blacks are safer than they would be in their old neighborhoods. Blacks do move to White areas because of the positive qualities that Whites impart to the residential environment.

Of course, if too many Blacks move into a White neighborhood, then it isn’t White anymore — and all of the problems that Blacks cause in Black neighborhoods begin to appear in what was, but is no longer, a White neighborhood. Thus does the rot spread.

Americans are absolute hypocrites on race. It's a case of "everybody know, and nobody tell." The truth is simple -- white neighborhoods are good places to live, black neighborhoods are bad places to live. The reason for this is that white neighborhoods are filled with white people, and black neighborhoods are filled with black people.

"Well, duh!" you say. No, you don't. If you are the typical American, you don't say anything at all, because you don't dare talk about race. You never admit that whites are better neighbors, and generally better human beings, than blacks. You know it's the truth, or you wouldn't want to live in white neighborhoods, but you will never actually say it out loud to other people. That's how well you have been trained by the Jews.
