When Blacks move to White neighborhoods, they’re usually trying to get away from the violent behavior of other Blacks. Among Whites, those relatively well-to-do Blacks are safer than they would be in their old neighborhoods. Blacks do move to White areas because of the positive qualities that Whites impart to the residential environment.

Of course, if too many Blacks move into a White neighborhood, then it isn’t White anymore — and all of the problems that Blacks cause in Black neighborhoods begin to appear in what was, but is no longer, a White neighborhood. Thus does the rot spread.

The closer to nature and rural setting the area is, the more it will repulse nigs.

The more city centerish and overpopulated "people living on top of each other" are is, the more attractive to nigs it will be.

I found that here in Europe, when nigs or pakis move to White suburbs, it's not unusual for 2 families to live in one crowded house, and then when their White immediate neighbors can't handle it anymore and move out, they pick up the phone and have more nigs move to replace them. Landlords have no choice, but to rent to other nigs since no one want's to live next to nigs.

Instead of moving out, White neighbors should get together and call out nigs to their bullshit, make THEM move.
