This is pretty cool piece of history. Looking through all of this, all the pieces are pre-cut, so it assembles like Lego. If you like building things, it's a shame that you can't freely get one of these again and just build it. Idiots will say stuff about AC, or wi-fi and maybe they are right, but just a home like that looks good.

AC window units are more efficient, if that is a requirement, and as for internet the cable company will install it.
