Went to St Peter’s Basilica when I was twelve. The artwork and craftsmanship was mind blowing. Every nook and cranny having something to feast the eyes upon. My God, the talents and learning that the jews have stolen from us. Imagine what the world would look like today but for them.

The execution of carving it is fantastic, but IMO the idea that you could do such a thing is even more amazing.
