Even focusing on just one of those is a daunting task for young guys anymore. Their dads weren't strong or even there in many cases. It's the old 'strong men make for good times' adage.

We're fucked. There's an entire generation of them out there starting to take over running the world.

My biggest regret in life was the amount of time I spent in my teens and early 20's neglecting my body and wasting my precious time playing video games.

Getting stronger is a goal, mixed of other inter-dependent goals that is easy to forget about. Only the exceptionally few can just get stronger and maintain that lifestyle without giving thought to balancing those other goals.
