The legal complaint is a mischaracterization of Return To The Land and what they do. The notion that this woman was wronged in any way is absurd, but RTTL will still have to fight this in court.
RTTL knew this was coming and they know there will be more attacks after this. Once again they are asking for donations to their legal fund to defend White peoples’ right to freely associate.
Let's see what happens when a white person tries to move into that blacks only community... What? The organizers stole most of the money and not a single shovel of dirt has broken the ground? Impossible. Damn you white people!

She's suing even though she's already stated publicly that she was only buying the property to be able to rent it out.
On top of that this goes one of two ways.
If the jew wins the no group will be able to associate with just their own. The naacp, Muslim groups, women only groups, any specific groups that exclude others would no longer be able to do so.
If the jew loses then precedence is set for self-segregating communities.
Regardless it's a win-win situation.

The specific reason she is going to lose is not because she said she didn’t want to live on the properly. It’s because neither RTTL nor the White community in Arkansas have any properly for sale. There is no violation of the Fair Housing Act if there is no property for sale.
The bigger question is whether or not Whites are allowed to freely associate like everyone else does, ie. can Whites have a Whites only, private member association. You’re right that denying Whites the right to do this would mean all the existing groups for Muslims, women, etc. would be illegal, so even if a judge tried to ban White only groups it would be overturned on appeal.
The problem for RTTL, and all of us, is that these legal battles still need to be fought and fighting them requires lots of money. That’s why they need a bit of help from the rest of us.
