The bill is poorly written and it was almost certainly meant to target the RTTL (Return To The Land) Arkansas property. RTTL would actually be immune to the wording of the bill if they *were* a Muslim land owning organization. Calling it “anti Sharia” is a cover to get it passed by Republicans.
