Not to be a glow nigger, but someone making a voice over video is not proof of the statement. I can't find any mention of this speech on Yandex other than people asking if it is real or not and no one being able to verify it isn't fabricated.
Real or not this is certainly happening and orchestrated by jews. That is the important part to remember, but to @crazy 's point, I would be hesitant to bring this up in a discussion without better evidence.
