Instead of focusing on getting a home (its not a bad priority) focus on learning how to make your own home anywhere. If the shit collapse i have a hard time imagining people being able to stay in their home and just hunker down until its fixed you will have to be on the move.
Edit: I wonder how these pics would be received if put on a billboard.
Tbf I can get something out in the country right now. The wife wants city living. Just a lot of bs really.
Get some sense in her and get out. What is the benefit of living in a city especially now when we soon have drone shipping if it don't collapse?
Idk but it irritates me. I'd be willing to live in west Virginia, Texas, Oklahoma, hell even rural Arizona (currently live in a city there) she for some reason doesn't want to move back to Texas cause she hated San Antonio (so did I lol) property taxes are ass there though. Neither of us has been to west Virginia but my dad is originally from there. Arizona prices suck ass on groceries and restaurants. Texas is cheap AF in that aspect. I'd do Florida if they didn't just have everything rise in price cause COVID migration.
